Value Creation Workshops™

The Value Creation Workshop (VCW) acts as a powerful motivator for changing behaviour because it allows employees to hear what is like to be a customer of their organisation.

The workshop involves participants in a structured and interactive process which provides employees insight into how their customers view their experience and how they are affected. This enables employees to change the way they deal with customers.

The focus of the workshop is on responding to both current and future needs of customers. The workshop offers a range of insights, but in particular enables the service provider to identify their customers' ideal experience.

Consolidation of Value Creation Workshops conducted with a range of customers in an organisation provides infomation to influence strategic thinking and direction.

The Value Creation Workshop Process can be utilised to design workshops in a range of situations including those that address the internal experience between staff and leadership, assist understand team dynamics, and explore partner relationships.The workshop can be adapted for use in any organisational setting where there is a service relationship.
