In this component of the model we:
- Identify leadership responsibility to develop and implement the strategy and culture
- Assess the impact leadership capabilities on maximising the potential of staff and supplier relationships
- Evaluate the extent to which leadership, communication and feedback processes encourage individual understanding and learning
- Determine how the senior executive and senior management communicate and manage knowledge
- Assess the learning environment of the organisation and, in particular, whether the organisation learns from its mistakes Identify the “core processes” that are fundamental to organisational success
