Information We Gather 

The information we gather is at our clients' request and forms part of the Value Creating Leadership ProcessTM. The primary purpose of this process is to provide feedback to individuals to assist them in accelerating their growth as leaders. 

VCG does not collect any personal information that identifies an individual. 

Clients have access to their specific Value Creating Leadership InstrumentTM ONLY as developed by and in conjunction with them. 

What We Do With The Information We Gather 

The information gathered is used to develop individual Value Creating Leadership ProfilesTM, a component of the Value Creating Leadership Process. This is an organisational tool for helping leaders become more effective by increasing their self-awareness and self-understanding.
