The Value Creation Workshop (VCW) acts as a powerful motivator for change behaviour where organisations wish to introduce or progress efforts in cultural change. The workshop involves participants in a structured
and interactive process which provides staff with insight into how customers view current levels of service, as well as providing an opportunity for identifying the criteria they value from a "best in the world" or "ideal" service provider.
