The Value Creating Leadership Process assists the organisation and its leaders become more effective through self and organisational awareness and understanding.  It is used to help organisations and their leaders develop and apply leadership.  The work undertaken developing the customised Value Creating Leadership Process for each client is aligned to, and supports the organisation's strategic direction and core values.

This process is unique in that each component in the process is developed with the client to ensure it meets their needs, with staff being involved throughout to create ownership. The process and its components can be altered over time to account for changes in an organisation's strategic direction. 

Instruments are included in a software framework that allows for responses to be recorded via the web. These instruments are developed through consultation with the client and by participation in a Value Focusing workshop.  The instruments are utilised by leaders, their direct reports and peers to create an environment of feedback and directed interaction.

Confidentiality for all respondents is maintained in the feedback process.
