Paul O'Brien

Paul O’Brien is a partner in the Value Creation Group Pty Ltd. He has a strong background in leadership and management roles with more than 25 years experience in the public safety industry. In addition, he has extensive experience providing advice to organisations across a broad range of industries in areas of change management and leadership development.

Paul has complemented his leadership and management experience with a number of years as a corporate facilitator, coach and program designer for numerous public, private and not-for profit sector organisations, both domestically and internationally. He has successfully implemented leadership development and change interventions with both Australian and international organisations and performed ambassadorial roles in a number of countries.

Paul also has extensive international experience in the area of leadership capacity building in countries that include Canada, India, China, the Solomon Islands, Hong Kong and Micronesia.

Paul holds a Masters in Leadership and Management from Charles Sturt University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Business (Management) from Monash University. He also holds a Diploma in Training and Assessment Systems. Paul is also an accomplished public speaker. Paul is a graduate of the Australian Rural Leadership Program and a Fellow of the Australian Rural Leadership Foundation.
