Brett Luxford
Brett Luxford is a partner in the Value Creation Group Pty Ltd. Brett has over 20 years experience in senior management roles within government and the public safety industry. He has extensive experience in creating and developing strategies to support organisational performance and implement change.
Brett has managed multi-disciplinary teams developing strategies and undertaking significant service improvements with these teams. He has also been involved in and has significantly influenced decision making at the executive level within government settings. As a result, he is well attuned to the dynamics that influence these environments.
He has worked closely with organisations across a diverse range of sectors including transport and logistics, aviation, automotive, manufacturing, retail, hospitality and service industries.

Brett holds a Bachelor of Business from Monash University, Melbourne, and is currently finalising a Masters of Social Science (Planning and Environment) at RMIT, Melbourne. He has been actively involved as a board member for many entities; including Economic Development Australia, and has an excellent understanding of the roles and responsibilities of these groups.
