Volkswagen
The Volkswagen Group is the third-largest automaker in the world. The Group is made up of eight brands from six European countries: Volkswagen, Audi, Bentley, Bugatti, Lamborghini, SEAT, Škoda and Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles. Each brand has its own character and operates as an independent entity on the market.
The Group operates 48 production plants in 13 European countries and a further six countries in the Americas, Asia and Africa. Around the world, almost 329,000 employees produce more than 25,400 vehicles or are involved in vehicle related services. The Volkswagen Group sells its vehicles in more than 150 countries.

Assisted the re-positioning of this company through development of an organisation-wide customer-driven change process and marketing program that led to significant sales improvement. This included significant analysis of customer’s behaviour across all US dealerships and the development of a customer centred sales process.
