TransAdelaide operates all metropolitan rail services, which includes five train lines (Outer Harbor, Gawler, Noarlunga, Grange, and Belair) and the tram service between Adelaide and the Glenelg foreshore.

Assisted TransAdelaide with major transition to privatisation by ensuring they stayed connected to their customers/stakeholders. This included combined staff/customer research sessions utilising VCG’s Value Focusing® Methodologies.
