Formed in 1990 by the New South Wales Government, StateFleet is a full service fleet leasing organisation offering a host of services and programs specifically designed to meet fleet leasing or fleet management needs. With a fleet of over 25, 000 vehicles, the organisation supports the public sector with a high level of service whilst remaining competitive in their market.

VCG assisted StateFleet develop a new business plan that highlighted a service strategy focus for the organisation going forward. This work will result in the organisation better managing its stakeholders and continuing to deliver high quality services to its customers.
