Property Services and Asset Management

Property Services and Asset Management (PSAM) plays a vital role on behalf of the Office of Housing and the Victorian Government. PSAM delivers a wide range of services that directly impacts on the lives of over 70,000 people and the Government's Capital Program. To do this PSAM draws upon expertise, experience and knowledge across many professions and disciplines. PSAM enters into contracts and arrangements and works with hundreds of partners, stakeholders and colleagues every day of the year.

VCG worked with PSAM to help map and define the services of the organisation and the capabilities PSAM provides to the Victorian Government. VCG articulated the organisation's capabilities and services into an esaily understood document to help develop the knowledge amongst stakeholders and boost the profile of the organisation.
