Metropolitan Ambulance Service (MAS)
The core work of their organisation is delivering emergency care to the people of Melbourne and the basis of this revolves around the work of their paramedics. MAS does this through 84 strategically located branches across Melbourne and a dedicated staff. These branches service an area covering the CBD and outlying metropolitan suburbs.

Designed and conducted an extensive strategic planning process that included staff, stakeholders and customers. Assisted MAS to implement a continuous quality improvement culture and improve its processes to add value for internal and external customers.
