Centrelink is an Australian Government statutory agency, delivering a range of Commonwealth services to the Australian community. Serving Australia by assisting people to become self-sufficient and supporting those in need. Centrelink is in the top one hundred of Australian companies in terms of size and turnover, and distributes $70.5 billion in social security payments on behalf of policy departments.

Assisted in implementing a customer-driven cultural change process across 400 locations in Australia. This included the transfer of proprietary Value Focusing® skills to a key team within the organisation that has gained a formidable reputation for supporting change.
VCG has also assisted in extensive strategic planning processes and a range of interventions to support process improvement, governance and leadership development.
