Attorney General’s Department
The Australian Government Attorney-General's Department serves the people of Australia by providing essential expert support to the Government in the maintenance and improvement of Australia's system of law and justice and its national security
and emergency management systems.
The Department is the central policy and coordinating element of the Attorney-General's portfolio for which the Attorney-General and Minister for Home Affairs are responsible.
Some of VCG’s work:
Assisted this organisation in a customer focus cultural change process. This has included organisation-wide assessment, strategic planning and review, organisation-wide business planning, leadership model development, customer and market research and marketing advice. This direct experience in the A-G's portfolio helped establish the Australian Government Solicitor, and develop its strategic plan and business model. The transitioning from the public to the private sector helped minimise the loss of market share and win previously tied customers back from competitors.
