Australian Electoral Commission

The Australian Electoral Commission (AEC) is responsible for conducting federal elections and referendums and maintaining the Commonwealth electoral roll. The AEC also provides a range of electoral information and education programs and activities.

Some of VCG’s work:

Assisted the AEC in developing and renewing their strategy and helped to identify, analyse, develop and enhance its core business processes. These efforts were supported by significant internal and external stakeholder engagement. Additionally, VCG assisted the AEC to implement leadership feedback processes and develop an internal team to secure customer feedback.
