Julie Weste
 Julie
Weste is a partner with the Value Creation Group
and is the director of both Value Creating Leadership and Value Creating
Learning. She has over twelve years consulting experience in strategic
human resource management, organisational review and development, change
management and strategic and business planning. Julie has worked with a
range of industries including: travel, human services, information
technology, health care, manufacturing, communications, building and
not-for-profit.
Julie has run her own consulting company and managed a human resource
consulting practice within a national consulting firm. In addition, she
worked for a major State Government Department developing the first ‘full
cost recovery’ internal consulting unit. Julie chaired the Community
Services and Health Training Australia Board and was a director for
several years. Julie’s skills have been acknowledged through a number of
leadership awards, including an international scholarship to a ‘Women in
Leadership Summit’ in San Francisco.

Julie holds a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor of
Education degree. She has had educational experience at the European

qualifications. In addition, Julie has specific training in leadership
development, Action Learning and management and human resource consulting.
Julie is a member of the Institute of Management Consultants and the
Recruitment and Consulting Services Association.
