James Dauner
 Jim
Dauner is The Value Creation Group Pty. Ltd.’s overseas principal. He
currently resides in Chicago, USA, where he works with clients, but
frequently travels to work with the firm’s clients in Australia. He has
more than twenty years of experience as a consultant, writer, and
speaker. His clients have ranged from small, family-owned businesses to
large, global enterprises. He has worked with clients in the healthcare,
telecommunications, retail, automotive, insurance, business information,
IT, property management, pharmaceutical, banking, hospitality,
advertising, consumer electronics, and manufacturing industries. He has
also worked with non-profit and governmental organisations, including
the Government of Australia.
During his career, Jim has worked with entrepreneurs, executives,
managers, internal consultants, and front line employees. He is a
passionate advocate for customer-focused value creation. He has helped
organizations develop and apply programs and initiatives designed to
align business strategy, people, business processes and technology
around customers.
