James Cummane
 Jim Cummane is Managing Director of The Value Creation Group Pty Ltd. He has had ten years of senior management experience and fifteen years of consulting experience in customer-driven change management, leadership development, strategy formulation, and customer understanding.
He has worked in the automotive, banking, insurance, telecommunications, legal services, hotel/restaurant industries and government; including commercialisation of government
entities.
Whilst consulting in Australia and the United States, Jim has worked with some of the world’s largest companies.
Within these organisations he has led projects focusing on delivering major change successfully, including the transfer of key new skills to management and others in the organisation.
