 Allan Behm is
the Director of Value Creating Policy Services Pty Ltd; a subsidiary company of The Value Creation Group Pty Ltd. Value Creating Policy Services provides professional development services to senior advisers.
Allan is also the Director of Knowledge Pond Pty Ltd, an international team that advises on strategic and political
risk. Allan has spent eighteen years in the senior executive of the public service. He has been a member of the Australian diplomatic service and a senior adviser in the Prime Minister's department. He has held a range of senior positions in both Defence and the Attorney-General's department. His most recent role in Defence included Head of International Policy and Head of Strategic Policy and Ministerial Services.
